A huge fire at a paint factory has sent smoke billowing across north London, with the blaze visible “for miles around”.
More than 90 firefighters are tackling the fire on Waterloo Road, Staples Corner, London Fire Brigade said.
People have been warned to avoid the area, with nearby residents urged to keep their doors and windows shut.
A London Fire Brigade spokesman said: “It is a very visible fire and can be seen for miles around.”
He added there are “no reports of anyone involved at this stage” when asked if there could be anyone trapped inside the burning building.
Brent Borough police also advised in a tweet that it was a “significant fire” and people should avoid the area.
