By visiting Voice FM Ltd, you agree to follow the rules below and take responsibility for your actions. This agreement applies whether signed in advance or on the day of your visit and continues to apply for all future visits. It must be signed prior or at the start of your visit.
Health, Safety, and Conduct
You agree to follow all health and safety instructions displayed on the premises, familiarise yourself with emergency exit locations, act responsibly, and follow the instructions of the Voice FM member supervising your visit.
Being Around Live Broadcasts
You understand that Voice FM Ltd hosts live and pre-recorded shows. You must keep noise to a minimum near studios in use and respect the work of staff, volunteers, and other guests.
On-Air Content
You are fully responsible for anything you say or do on air or in content you contribute. You must follow Voice FM Ltd policies and the Ofcom Broadcasting Code. You may be personally liable for anything that breaches rules or the law. Voice FM Ltd cannot accept responsibility for statements or actions made by visitors on air.
Supervision
A Voice FM member will supervise you at all times during your visit. If your behaviour is inappropriate, this may result in action being taken against the supervising member under their volunteer or staff agreement.
Use of Content
You give Voice FM Ltd permission to record, edit, store, and use any content you are involved in for radio broadcasts, websites, social media, and promotional purposes, without further consent or time limit.
Photography and Filming
You understand and agree that Voice FM Ltd may take photographs or video recordings of you during your visit. These may be used for radio broadcasts, websites, social media, promotional materials, or archives. Unless specifically stated, by agreeing to this document, you give Voice FM Ltd permission to use your image or recordings without further consent or payment.
Data Protection
Voice FM Ltd will handle your personal information in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your information will only be used for visitor records, safety, safeguarding, and broadcast administration. It will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
Legal Information
This agreement is legally binding and governed by the laws of England. If any part is unenforceable, the rest of the agreement still applies.
