Survey closes on Wed 11 November.
Two years ago, thousands of residents shared their views about what they loved about Southampton, the challenges they faced, and the changes they wanted to see. We listened carefully to that feedback, and it played a key role in shaping our 10-year City Plan and our shared ambitions to create a city that is more Equal, Healthier, Safer, Greener and Growing.
But cities never stand still, and neither do the needs and priorities of the people who live here!
The 2026 City Survey is an opportunity for us to understand how people feel about Southampton today. We want to hear about your experiences of living in the city, using local services, travelling around, enjoying our parks and green spaces, taking part in cultural activities, and accessing the support you need to live a happy and fulfilling life.
Take part in the survey online or, visit your local library or Gateway to complete the survey in person.
As a small thank you, you'll have the opportunity to win a £25 Love2Shop voucher.
The 2026 City Survey closes on Wednesday 11 November.
