Southampton, UK - May 2025 - She Connects, is a rapidly growing women's wellness community, allowing women to connect, collaborate, and champion local businesses in the process.
Officially launched in January 2025, She Connects has already brought over 90 women together through four sold-out events across Southampton, ranging from empowering walks and mindset workshops to their now signature Matcha Club and Founders & Freelancers gathering.
At its core, She Connects exists to create safe, intentional spaces for women to build community, prioritise their wellbeing, and grow personally and professionally. Unlike traditional networking or wellness platforms, She Connects blends authentic connection with curated in-person experiences designed to feel grounded, accessible, and deeply nourishing.
Kareena and Keeya - Founders of She Connects
Founded by Kareena and Keeya, She Connects was born from their shared vision to create meaningful spaces where women can authentically connect beyond typical social settings, and to support local business. Both founders experienced the isolation that came with post-pandemic remote work environments and decided to act on it and create a space for women to come together.
She Connects aims to be more than just a community, it serves as a platform to showcase local businesses and highlight the vibrant opportunities available across the South Coast. We’re passionate about spotlighting incredible local businesses - helping funnel energy, visibility, and money back into our own economy.
Now expanding into Bournemouth and Winchester, She Connects is building a wider network with newly appointed Brand Ambassadors - trusted women in each region who help foster community, host local meetups, and represent the She Connects mission.

With exciting collaborations ahead, including Harbour Hotel Southampton, Charlotte Tilbury, The Body Shop, Fit For Her, and more. She Connects is set for an inspiring summer of events, partnerships, and continued growth.

It’s not just about wellness events, it’s about creating something that feels real and has genuine impact. A space where women feel safe, seen and supported. And at the same time, we’re championing amazing local businesses.
I'm so grateful to every single person who has come to our events and shared their energy. Meeting everyone has been such a joy, and I can’t wait to host more events and keep building something beautiful together. Doing this alongside Keeya, my amazing co-founder, has been a dream. After working remotely for so long and feeling disconnected, it’s honestly healing to now be part of something that brings people together.”

She Connects was designed to be exactly that - a nurturing environment that encourages intentional conversation, self-reflection, and collective growth. Seeing women from all walks of life come together so openly and wholeheartedly was a powerful reminder of why this work matters.

That’s why every element of this event - from our spring reset workshop to the small business partnerships - was curated with purpose.
