A new urgent treatment centre has been launched in Southampton by Enhanced Care Services.

Co-founded in 2015 by Dr. Edward Langford and Dr. David Connor, the service initially focused on medical care at events and expanded to include ambulance services during COVID-19.

The new centre aims to fill the gap between GP appointments and A&E visits by offering doctor-led, urgent care services, including treatment for minor illnesses, injuries, and travel vaccinations.

Open seven days a week, the service emphasizes quick access to care and reducing the burden on A&E.
