Would you like to make a difference to the local community and mental health services in Portsmouth and Southampton? Volunteering is a great way of meeting people, making friends, learning new skills and much more. You will be part of a highly valued diverse team, helping to make a difference to people's lives. We have new roles available:
* Drivers to transport patients and/or staff, equipment, and medicines.
* School immunisation volunteer – meet and greet
* Ward buddies and virtual ward buddies, to provide social support
* Gardeners to help maintain areas at chosen hospitals.
We are also looking for volunteers who can
Sing in a choir
Play a musical instrument
Have a PAT therapy dog/animal

We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers to help us on the farm. We are looking for skilled or unskilled people that would be interested in any of the following:
We are particularly interested in supporting volunteers from hard-to-reach groups in our community including ethnic majority.
We do ask that volunteers are independent and are able to complete tasks without assistance. Most of our volunteer opportunities are based on the farm, but we also have roles which can be done from your home.
