Ian Burgess is one of the UK’s most transformative technology leaders, with extensive experience of building, transforming and running technology functions across a wide range of industries from Formula 1 to online gaming to car hire.

He is CTO of the Luxion group, which includes Utilita Energy, where his fresh approach has established Utilita as a sector-leading provider of customer-centric technology, including a multi award-winning app. Ian is also Managing Director of Procode, Luxion’s commercial technology arm and manages Canary Care, a technology-based home monitoring service used by local authorities, NHS organisations and care providers.
